"We've traveled all over and honestly—this vacation destination has been our absolute favorite. The first time we rented the cottage, we loved it so much we booked a second week, returning only three weeks later! Ross' home is so welcoming ... not fussy ... just warm and relaxing. We appreciate the passion he has for attention to 'arts and crafts style' detail to his home. And we absolutely love his decor! He has some of the most fascinating vintage pieces displayed throughout the cottage. And the landscaping—takes your breath away. Nothing more peaceful than enjoying a cup of coffee on his back garden/patio area early in the morning or a glass of wine early in the evening.
We also enjoyed our daily bicycle jaunts on the Betsie Trail to Frankfort Beach, just about two miles from the cottage. The village of Frankfort is filled with delightful people who truly appreciate visitors. They make you feel right at home in their community.

Thank you so much for teaching me how to build a rustic table. I very much appreciate your attention to detail and level of organization. These elements made it easy for me to concentrate and actually learn without distractions. Everything I needed was within arms reach and ready to go. The setup was spacious and comfortable. The small class size allowed for one-on-one learning opportunities without pressure to keep-up with a group or getting lost in the shuffle. I have admired your work for a long time and appreciate your artistic expertise with wood products. As you know, we are proud to have your rustic headboards in our motel rooms as a focal point that highlights our "up north ambiance".
